Our two principals, John Russell and Malcolm Wilkinson are backed up by associates able to contribute in depth experience in specific areas as needs dictate.
- John Russell
- Previously founder and Managing Director of JRA International, for over 25 years working with directors, managers and employees on issues such as manufacturing strategy, organisational transformation, process innovation, supply chain development, and more recently, high reliability organisations. John has also worked with groups of companies on developing, promoting and sharing best practice in Europe, the USA and in Asia-Pacific. Clients included businesses within BP, Shell, Unilever, ICI, Rolls-Royce, 3M, Nissan, Pilkington, and Kodak. In addition he has worked with small and medium sized businesses in the West Midlands. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and has a PhD in Systems Science.
- Malcolm Wilkinson
- Previously Managing Director of the Crystal Faraday Partnership transferring sustainable technology to the chemical industry and following a 35-year career in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry holding senior operational management positions in the UK, Italy, Australia, Belgium, South Korea and the USA. His expertise lies in sustainable development strategy and practices, technology transfer, project management, business development and change management in diverse cultures. Malcolm is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and holds an MBA. He is Chairman of the Institution of Chemical Engineers’ Sustainability Special Interest Group.
